Phase transition method for organic complex, and its functional element
Shin-ya Koshihara,G. Saito,Hideki Yamochi,Ishikawa Tadahiko,Naoki Uchida,Fukaya Soichi,Akira Ota +6 more
- 31 Mar 2005
TL;DR: In this article, a phase transition method for an organic complex by which highly functional phase transition can be performed under a specific condition and to provide its functional element was provided. But the phase transition was performed at high sensitivity and at high speed in the wavelength range of 1.5 to 0.8 μm and at room temperature.

Photoinduced Phase Transition in Strongly Electron-Lattice and Electron–Electron Correlated Molecular Crystals
Tadahiko Ishikawa,Ken Onda,Shin-ya Koshihara +2 more
- 27 Jul 2012
TL;DR: In this paper, the photo-induced spectral changes in these photo-absorption processes reveal various aspects of the dynamics of PIPT, including electronic structural changes, lattice structural changes and molecular deformations.
Photo-Induced Multielectron Transfer in Organic Crystals with Mixed-Stack Architecture
Tadeusz Luty,Tadeusz Luty,Shin-ya Koshihara,Hervé Cailleau +3 more
- 01 Jan 2000
TL;DR: In this article, photo-induced multielectron transfer in organic mixed-stack charge-transfer crystals, close to the neutral-ionic interface, is discussed. But the authors focus on the photo-generated strings as a motion of lattice-relaxed neutral ion domain walls, a "domino effect" caused by electron-phonon coupling.

100 ps time-resolved crystallographic investigation of the photoinduced phase transition in TFF-CA
Laurent Guérin,Eric Collet,M. Buron-Le Cointe,M. H. Lemée-Cailleau,Hervé Cailleau,Michael Wulff,Simone Techert,Shin-ya Koshihara +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, photo-induced phase transitions between ionic and neutral macroscopic states in an organic charge-transfer molecular material, with 100 picosecond resolution, using pulsed X-rays from a synchrotron.
