Site-Specific Electron-Relaxation Caused by Si:2p Core-Level Photoionization: Comparison between F3SiCH2CH2Si(CH3)3 and Cl3SiCH2CH2Si(CH3)3 Vapors by Means of Photoelectron Auger Electron Coincidence Spectroscopy.
TL;DR: The site-specificity reduction in Cl3SiCH2CH2 CH2Si(CH3)3 is considered to take place during the transient period between Si:L23VV Auger electron emission and the subsequent fragmentation, which can be explained in terms of some differences between these two molecules in the L23Vv Auger decay at the Si site bonded to the three halogen atoms.

Site-dependent Si KL23L23 resonant Auger electron spectra following inner-shell excitation of Cl3SiSi(CH3)3.
TL;DR: A broad TIY peak slightly above the 1s ionization thresholds appreciably yields resonant Auger decays in which a slow photoelectron is re-captured into a higher-lying Rydberg orbital.

Local Valence Electronic States of SiO2 Ultrathin Films Grown on Si(100) Studied Using Auger Photoelectron Coincidence Spectroscopy: Observation of Upward Shift of Valence-Band Maximum as a Function of SiO2 Thickness
Takuhiro Kakiuchi,Narihiko Fujita,Kazuhiko Mase,Kazuhiko Mase,Masatoshi Tanaka,Shin-ichi Nagaoka +5 more
TL;DR: The local valence electronic states of the surface, interface, and substrate for SiO 2 ultrathin films thermally grown on a Si(100)-2×1 have been investigated using Si-L 23 V V Auger-electron Si n + -2 p photoelectron coincidence spectroscopy.

Photoelectron and Auger-electron spectra of Cl 3 SiSi(CH 3 ) 3 obtained by using monochromatized synchrotron radiation
Shin-ichi Nagaoka,Hikaru Endo,Kanae Nagai,Osamu Takahashi,Yusuke Tamenori,Isao H. Suzuki,Isao H. Suzuki +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a variety of photoelectron and Auger-electron spectra of 1,1,1-trimethyltrichlorodisilane vapor (Cl3SiSi(CH3)3) were measured by using monochromatized synchrotron radiation and a hemispherical electron energy analyzer.

Vitamin K analogue as a new fluorescence probe for quantitative antioxidant assay
Keishi Ohara,Ryotaro Mitsumori,Mitsuharu Takebe,Daiki Kuzuhara,Hiroko Yamada,Shin-ichi Nagaoka +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a kinetic study on the quenching of the NQ-6 emission by hydrogen-donor type antioxidants (three tocopherol analogues, catechin, and 2,6-di- tert -butyl-4-methylphenol) in ethanol was performed.
