The invention relates to a compound microecological preparation, in particular to the compound microecological preparation containing bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus plantarum as well as application of the compound microecological preparation in a daily ration of pigs, and belongs to the technical field of the microecological preparations. The compound microecological preparation comprises the bacillus subtilis CGMCC NO. 8148 bacterial powder and the lactobacillus plantarum CGMCC NO. 8150 bacterial powder. The compound microecological preparation can be applied to a piglet, a sow, a breeding boar and a finishing pig, can improve the utilization efficiency of a fodder and an intestinal micro-ecological system, promote growth of a pig, enhance the immunity and premonition of the pig, and replace antibiotics. Therefore, the quality of pork is improved.

Compound microecological preparation and additive, as well as premix thereof

The present invention provides a feed additive for poultry. The feed additive is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8,000-10,000 parts of a tagetes erecta flower extract, 200-250 parts of zinc methionine, 200-250 parts of iron methionine, 30-50 parts of copper lysine, 30-50 parts of magnesium lysine, 1-20 parts of manganese lysine, 3,000-7,000 parts of compound living biological microorganisms, 30,000-70,000 parts of medical stones and 3-10 parts of vitamin E. The feed additive is added in feeds for a use and not inactivated via digestive tracts, free of pollution and drug residues and green and environmentally protective. By adding the functional feed additive having a health-care function in a long term, meat and eggs with more nutrition are produced. The feed additive can promote animal growth, effectively makes up for lacks of feed nutrition, lowers cholesterol content, can also improve retention and utilization of trace elements in poultry body, increases animal immune stress responses, and plays disease-resistant and response-resistant responses.

The invention relates to a feed additive for improving the disease resistance of laying ducks. The feed additive is prepared from, by mass, 50-60 parts of corn starch, 1-2 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 10-12 parts of edible gelatin, 12-13 parts of oat, 3-5 parts of fructus lycii, 1-2 parts of radix angelica sinensis, 1-2 parts of mother wort, 5-8 parts of Angela yeast, 15-20 parts of glycerite, 1-2 parts of lactobacillus delbruckii fungicide, 1-2 parts of lactobacillus bulgaricus fungicide, 1-2 parts of chelated minerals and 1-2 parts of the root of red-rooted salvia. Through the experiment, by means of the feed additive for improving the disease resistance of the laying ducks, the disease occurrence rate of the laying ducks can be effectively reduced. When the laying ducks are fed with existing laying duck feed, the disease occurrence rate of the laying ducks 100-300 days old reaches up to 3.8%, but when the laying ducks are fed with the feed additive, the disease occurrence rate of the laying ducks is reduced to 1.2% or below, the breeding risk of farmers is greatly reduced, and the feed additive is worthy of use and popularization.

Feed additive for improving disease resistance of laying ducks

Provided is a use of a Bacillus coagulans strain in increasing egg production in a laying hen. The Bacillus coagulans is combined with a Bacillus subtilis (CCTCC No. M2011443) and a Bacillus licheniformis (CCTCC No. M2012458) to obtain a microbial ecological combined agent capable of increasing egg production in a laying hen. The Bacillus coagulans is a Bacillus coagulans strain (serial number: ZS-007) deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on May 3, 2015 and having a deposition number of CCTCC No. M 2015273.

The invention discloses a method for raising laying hens through a microecological preparation. The method comprises the following steps of step I, preparing the microecological preparation by a specific process including the following substeps (1) separately culturing lactobacillus plantarum, bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus acidophilus, and mixing the cultured lactobacillus plantarum with the cultured bacillus subtilis and the cultured lactobacillus acidophilus in the mass ratio of the cultured lactobacillus plantarum to the cultured bacillus subtilis to the cultured lactobacillus acidophilus being 1 to 1 to 1 so as to obtain mixed bacterial liquid; and (2) mixing the mixed bacterial liquid with glucose, pectin and water in the mass ratio of the mixed bacterial liquid to the glucose to the pectin to the water being 7 to 1 to 3 to 20 to obtain a mixture, performing fermentation at the temperature of 27-29 DEG C for 36-48h to obtain fermentation liquid, and then performing spray drying on the fermentation liquid so as to obtain powder, wherein the content of the lactobacillus plantarum in each gram of the microecological preparation is 8-10 hundred millions; and step II, adding the microecological preparation to a laying hen feed according to the mass percentage of the microecological preparation being 0.05-0.09%, and feeding the laying hens. The method disclosed by the invention has the effects that the immunity of the laying hens is improved, and the healthy state of the laying hens is improved; and besides, pectin coating effects are also strengthened, and the purpose of controlling slow release is achieved.
