The phenyldimethylsiloxy cage type silsesquioxane rubber crosslinking agent is synthesized. Phenyl tri(dimethylsiloxane)silane is reacted with vinyl trimethoxysilane to obtain phenyl tri(dimethylsiloxane) trimethoxysilane, and then the phenyl dimethyl siloxy cage type silsesquioxane is prepared through the hydrolytic condensation reaction. The phenyl dimethyl siloxy cage type silsesquioxane can be used as the crosslinking agent of vinylsiloxane rubber and silicon resin; compared with the common crosslinking agent, because of the own structural features, the crosslinking agent disclosed by the invention can enable the silicone rubber to obtain higher heat-resistant temperature and good mechanical property.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing methyl phenyl vinyl silicone oil, a diphenyl siloxyl cage type silsesquioxane cross-linking agent, a metal oxide and a PC610 catalyst inhibitor, generating addition reaction by virtue of cage type silsesquioxane and vinyl in the silicone rubber in the presence of a Pt catalyst, sequentially adding the methyl phenyl vinyl silicone oil, the metal oxide, the PC610 catalyst inhibitor and a Pt platinum catalyst, mechanically stirring and mixing uniformly, and caring out vacuum dehydration at 100 DEG C for 5 hours; and adding the prepared diphenyl siloxyl cage type silsesquioxane cross-linking agent dissolved in cyclohexane, uniformly mixing, removing bubbles in a system at a low pressure, and carrying out thermal treatment at 100 DEG C for 4 hours until the mixture is completely cured. Compared with original silicone rubber, the prepared room-temperature-vulcanized silicone rubber can be used for a long time at 460 DEG C, has relatively good heat resistance and is convenient to use.
