According to the recombinant escherichia coli, the ARO10* gene is integrated while a lacI locus, a trpE locus, a pabB locus, a pabA locus and a pykF locus of an escherichia coli genome are deleted, and a strain containing multiple copies of the ARO10* gene is obtained. On the basis of the recombinant strain, the ARO10* gene is randomly integrated at the multiple loci, and the ARO10* gene is inserted at a yccX locus so that the strain with high tyrosol yield can be obtained. No inducer nor antibiotic is required for fermentation by using this strain. After 48 hours of fermentation, the yield of tyrosol can reach 28 mM.

Provided are a recombinant Escherichia coli strain for producing tyrosol, a construction method therefor and the use thereof, wherein same fall within the technical field of bioengineering. The Escherichia coli strain heterologously expresses a Saccharomyces cerevisiae pyruvate decarboxylase gene ARO10* with an optimized codon. The recombinant Escherichia coli strain is a strain containing multiple copies of the ARO10* gene, obtained by means of deleting five loci, i.e. a lacI locus, a trpE locus, a pabB locus, a pabA locus and a pykF locus of the Escherichia coli genome, and integrating the ARO10* gene. On the basis of the recombinant strain, the ARO10* gene is randomly integrated at multiple loci, and it is found that the insertion of the ARO10* gene at a yccX locus can obtain a strain with a high tyrosol yield. Neither an inducer nor an antibiotic is required for fermentation by means of using this strain. After 48 hours of fermentation, the yield of tyrosol can reach 32.3 mM.

The invention discloses a recombinant strain capable of producing tyrosol and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the field of microorganisms. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a recombinant carrier pRSFDuet-ARO10-ARO8 by a gene engineering technology; transforming the recombinant carrier into escherichia coli BL21(DE3) from which a gene pheA and a gene feaB are removed by gene engineering to obtain a strain BE0; carrying out a whole-cell catalysis reaction; fermenting for 20 hours by taking 10mN of tyrosine as a substrate to produce 6.76mM of tyrosol, wherein the tyrosine transformation ratio can be up to 67.3 percent; performing chemical mutagenesis on the basis of the recombinant strain to obtain a recombinant strain BE2 capable of producing tyrosol at high yield with optimized performance; carrying out a whole-cell catalysis reaction; fermenting for 20 hours by taking 10mN of tyrosine as a substrate to produce 8.71mM of tyrosol, wherein the tyrosine transformation ratio can be up to 87.1 percent.
