Insights into the superior stress corrosion cracking resistance of FeCrAl alloy in high temperature hydrogenated water: the critical role of grain boundary oxidation
TL;DR: In this article , the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) initiation behavior of FeCrAl alloy was studied through constant extension rate tensile (CERT) test in high temperature hydrogenated water.

Activated Carbon for Capturing Hg in Flue Gas under O2/CO2 Combustion Conditions. Part 1: Experimental and Kinetic Study
TL;DR: In this article, the experimental results indicated that the capacity of activated carbon increased with the increased oxygen concentration under both air and oxy-fuel atmospheres, and the results of the kinetic analysis illustrated that the pseudo-first-order model showed better agreement with the experimental data compared to the intraparticle diffusion model.

Experimental study of homogeneous Hg oxidation in air and oxy-simulated flue gas
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the effects of Cl2, SO2, and NO on the mercury speciation during oxy-combustion and compared it with the Hg speciation in air-simulated flue gas with Cl2.

Activated Carbon for Capturing Hg in Flue Gas under O2/CO2 Combustion Conditions. Part 2: Modeling Study and Adsorption Mechanism
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used three kinetic models, namely, Bangham's model, pseudo-second-order kinetic model, and Elovich model, to predict the mercury adsorption process by activated carbon (AC) under an O2/CO2 combustion atmosphere.
