According to the tricyclazole degrading sphingomonas sp. provided by the invention, tricyclazole degrading bacteria are enriched directly by virtue of a medium which takes tricyclazole as unique carbon source, nitrogen source and sulfur source, the tricyclazole degrading bacteria are separated by virtue of a screening medium which takes the tricyclazole as unique carbon source, nitrogen source and sulfur source and the tricyclazole degrading bacteria are screened; it is identified that the tricyclazole degrading bacteria belong to sphingomonas sp., wherein the sphingomonas sp. is named as Sphingomonas sp. NJUST37 and the preservation number of the sphingomonas sp. is CCTCC M 2016520. The Sphingomonas sp. NJUST37 can achieve the complete degradation of the tricyclazole-containing wastewater at a relatively high concentration and is capable of degrading the tricyclazole at 270mg/L; and the Sphingomonas sp. NJUST37, which is relatively good in tolerance performance on the tricyclazole, has a good application prospect in the treatment of the tricyclazole-containing wastewater..
