TL;DR: Higher cardiac RT dose was associated with worse fatigue and physical activity across breast cancer, lung cancer, and mediastinal lymphoma and strategies to increase physical activity and decrease cardiac RT doses may improve physical functioning and QoL for patients with cancer.
