The receptor CgIL-17R1 expressed in granulocytes mediates the CgIL-17 induced haemocytes proliferation in Crassostrea gigas.
TL;DR: In this article , an IL-17 receptor (designated as CgIL-17R1) was identified from oyster Crassostrea gigas with an open reading frame of 3141 bp encoding 1047 amino acids.

CgDM9CP-5-Integrin-MAPK Pathway Regulates the Production of CgIL-17s and Cgdefensins in the Pacific Oyster, Crassostrea gigas.
Yu Liu,Weilin Wang,Jiejie Sun,Yinan Li,Shasha Wu,Qing Li,Miren Dong,Lingling Wang,Linsheng Song +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a novel DM9 domain containing protein (CgDM9CP-5) with two tandem DM9 repeats and high expression level in gill was identified from the Pacific oyster, Crassostrea gigas.
The DUF1943 and VWD domains endow Vitellogenin from Crassostrea gigas with the agglutination and inhibition ability to microorganism.
TL;DR: In this paper , a Vg homologue (CgVg) was identified and characterized in oyster Crassostrea gigas, including a Vitellogenin_N domain, a domain of unknown function 1943 (DUF1943) and a von Willebrand factor type D domain (VWD), which not only functioned as a pattern recognition receptor (PRR) to bind various microorganisms and PAMPs, but also participated in the clearance of invaders, in which DUF1943 and VWD domain were mainly responsible for agglutinating and inhibiting microorganism respectively.

Stat5−/− CD4+ T cells elicit anti-melanoma effect by CD4+ T cell remolding and Notch1 activation
Ke Jin,Tong Li,Zhiyong Miao,J. Ran,Luyu Chen,Dachao Mou,Chuang Wang,Shasha Wu,Hanshuo Yang,Xin-Yuan Fu +9 more
TL;DR: It is shown that mice with specific deletion of Stat5 in CD4+ T cells were less susceptible to developing subcutaneous and lung metastatic B16 melanoma with CD4+, and a new possibility for targeting Stat5 and other Th17-associated pathways to develop novel immunotherapies for melanoma patients is provided.

CgWnt-1 regulates haemocyte proliferation during immune response of oyster Crassostrea gigas.
TL;DR: In this paper , a Wnt-1 homolog with a conserved WNT1 domain was identified from oyster Crassostrea gigas and the mRNA transcripts of CgWnt1 were detected in different tissues of adult oyster, with an extremely high expression level in the mantle.
