Complications of voiding cystourethrography in the evaluation of infants with prenatally detected hydronephrosis
TL;DR: It is believed that voiding cystourethrography is safe and presents little risk in these patients and while the reported rate of new or recurrent infection associated with voiding Cystoureys is as high as 6%, it did not identify any infectious or other complications.

Torsion of a giant mesenteric lipoma.
TL;DR: The case of a 9-year-old boy who presented with a small bowel obstruction caused by torsion of a large mesenteric lipoma is reported, which is an important but unusual tumor and should be considered in the differential of fatty lesions within the mesentery.
