Abby Basalely,Shari Gurusinghe,James Schneider,Sareen Shah,Linda B. Siegel,Gabrielle Pollack,Pamela Singer,Laura Castellanos-Reyes,Steven Fishbane,Kenar D. Jhaveri,Elizabeth Mitchell,Kumail Merchant,Christine Capone,Ashley M. Gefen,Julie Steinberg,Christine B. Sethna +15 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe the incidence, associated clinical characteristics and outcomes of acute kidney injury in a pediatric cohort with COVID-19 and Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C).

Restoration of nocturnal blood pressure dip and reduction of nocturnal blood pressure with evening anti-hypertensive medication administration in pediatric kidney transplant recipients: A pilot randomized clinical trial.
Christine B. Sethna,Lindsay G Grossman,Preeta Dhanantwari,Shari Gurusinghe,Nina Laney,Rachel M. Frank,Kevin E.C. Meyers +6 more
TL;DR: Improvements in non‐dippers, dipping, systolic nighttime BP and nighttime BP load were observed in the population following chronotherapy and future studies are needed with larger sample sizes over a longer period of time to delineate the long‐term effect of improved nocturnal dip on target organ damage.

Left ventricular cardiac geometry and ambulatory blood pressure in children.
Steffi Shilly,Kumail Merchant,Pamela Singer,Rachel M. Frank,Shari Gurusinghe,Lulette Infante,Christine B. Sethna +6 more
TL;DR: ABPM parameters were found to be independent predictors of cardiac geometry, specifically CH, in children and adolescents <21 years old with primary hypertension.

Kidney volume and ambulatory blood pressure in children.
Shari Gurusinghe,Arkadiy Palvanov,Mark E. Bittman,Pamela Singer,Rachel M. Frank,Nataliya Chorny,Lulette Infante,Christine B. Sethna +7 more
TL;DR: Contrary to expectation, total kidney volume was positively associated with systolic BP indices and failed to serve as a predictor of HTN, pre‐HTN, or white‐coat HTN.

Perceived family impact and coping mechanisms of caregivers of children with nephrotic syndrome
Jenelle Cocorpus,Julie Jun,Abby Basalely,Laura Castellanos,Pamela Singer,Rachel M. Frank,Olivia Bullaro,Shari Gurusinghe,Christine B. Sethna +8 more
