TL;DR: In this article, a multi-layer measuring structure of the electric field probe detects an electric field in a highly efficient manner, radio frequency signals are formed according to changes of electric field wires, and low loss and low-reflection frequency signals were transmitted through a transmission structure design with the two band-type wires, the conversion through holes and the CPW-G transmission wire.
