The invention relates to an electromagnetic field composite passive probe. The probe comprises a PCB plate provided with a plurality of shielding grounding through holes. The PCB plate comprises a magnetic field detection part, an electric field detection part, and a signal transmission part. The signal transmission part is connected with the electric field detection part through the magnetic field detection part. The magnetic field detection part comprises a magnetic field coil which is wired in a corresponding wiring layer. The electric field detection part comprises an electric field inspection probe which is wired in a corresponding wiring layer. The signal transmission part comprises a conversion through hole and a strip line and a CB-CPW transmission line which are wired in a corresponding wiring layer. A first end of the strip line is connected with the electric field inspection probe through the magnetic field coil, and the second end is connected with an external signal analysis interface sequentially through the conversion through hole and the CB-CPW transmission line. Based on the structure, the probe has high bandwidth and high isolation degree and can separate a near field and a near magnetic field of a detected object in a large dynamic range, so as to realize the detection of the electric field and the magnetic field.

The invention relates to a differential magnetic field detection module. The differential magnetic field detection module comprises a PCB provided with a plurality of wiring layers stacked sequentially. A first grounding layer and a second grounding layer are provided with detection holes; the first grounding layer is further provided with a first coplanar waveguide transmission line and a secondcoplanar waveguide transmission line; the first end of a central conduction band of the first coplanar waveguide transmission line is connected with an external signal analysis device; and the first end of a central conduction band of the second coplanar waveguide transmission line is connected with the external signal analysis device. The invention discloses an ultra wide band electric field probe using a U-shaped structure. The ultra wide band electric field probe includes arc edge reference planes, a U-shaped signal line, an intermediate signal line and a top layer signal line. The arc edge reference planes include a top layer reference plane and a bottom layer reference plane, and the top layer reference plane and the bottomlayer reference plane are correspondingly of symmetrical similar 'T' shape structures in the central line of the plane of the probe. The U-shaped signal line is located between the top layer reference plane and the bottom layer reference plane, and a narrow handle end located on the intermediate layer of the probe is a transmission line of a strip line structure. Two arms of the open end of the U-shaped signal line are distributed symmetrically in the center line of the plane of the probe. The ultra wide band electric field probe has the characteristics of ultra wide band and high sensitivity, the defect that in a traditional test, signals of weak electric fields and ultra wide band testing are not measured are effectively improved, and veracity of testing results is ensured.

The invention relates to an electric field passive probe, which comprises a PCB equipped with a plurality of shielding ground through holes. The PCB includes an electric field probe, band type wires,a CPW-G (Coplanar Waveguide Ground) transmission wire, and conversion through holes. The electric field probe includes a first measuring line, a second measuring line, and a plurality of connecting through holes connected between the first measuring line and the second measuring line. The invention relates to a non-contact board-level radio frequency voltage time domain measurement apparatus. The apparatus comprises an oscilloscope, a voltage probe, a microstrip line and a computer. The microstrip line is fixed to a PCB where a board-level radio frequency voltage is input. The voltage probe is placed above the PCB. A projection of a bottom end center of the voltage probe falls on the microstrip line. The voltage probe is vertical to the PCB. An output terminal of the voltage probe is connected to a first acquisition channel of the oscilloscope. The voltage probe detects a first induction electromotive force surrounding the microstrip line, wherein the first induction electromotive force is generated by the board-level radio frequency voltage. The oscilloscope collects the first induction electromotive force and sends the collected first induction electromotive force to the computer. The computer calculates the board-level radio frequency voltage according to the first induction electromotive force.
