Differential expression of plasma microRNA-125b in hepatitis B virus-related liver diseases and diagnostic potential for hepatitis B virus-induced hepatocellular carcinoma
TL;DR: The expression profile of this miRNA in the plasma of healthy subjects and patients with chronic HBV‐related liver diseases is investigated to confirm the feasibility of this circulating miRNA as a differential diagnostic biomarker for HBV-induced HCC (HBV‐HCC).

TL;DR: In this article, a human serum Alpha Fetal Protein negative liver cell cancer detection kit was used for combined diagnosis on patients suffering from AFP negative hepatocellular carcinoma by detecting expression amounts of five RNAs (Ribonucleic Acids) of MiR125b, MiR-205, SPRY4-IT1, GAS5-AS1 and circSMARCA5 in plasma by using real-time quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) technique.

- 18 Sep 2016
TL;DR: ZFAS1 was up-regulated in both tissues and plasmas of GC patients, and may be involved in regulation of EMT in GC progression, and might serve as a potential diagnostic marker and/or therapeutic target for GC.
5’tiRNA-Pro-TGG, a novel tRNA halve, promotes oncogenesis in sessile serrated lesions and serrated pathway of colorectal cancer
TL;DR: In this article , small-RNA sequencing was conducted in paired serrated lesions and their adjacent normal control (NC) tissues to identify SSL-related small-RNAs and their potential role in the development of SSLs and serrated pathway of colorectal cancer (CRC).
