Indian Government is also promoting Digital India recently they have launched many schemes like are Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna, Suraksha Bima, MUDRA Bank Yojna, BHIM. The Vittiya Saksharta Abhiyan (VISAKA) also been launched by Ministry of Human Resource. The prime objective of the research is to know the digital financial literacy among the households of Udaipur city. The awareness about various digital platforms and their frequency of use is taken as digital financial literacy. The study further aims to diagnose the impact of personal characteristics on digital financial literacy. The sample of the study is taken from Udaipur city of Rajasthan state of India. A sample of 268 households was selected randomly. A well-structured questionnaire was used to survey and generate digital financial literacy data. The results of study will be a useful direction for both digital platform providers and government to promote citizen for digital transactions. The study also suggests that a wave of awareness campaign is required for bringing more people in the umbrella of digital transaction. Further, a cash transaction oriented economy like India needs to have dual edged sword, where in one hand it needs to bring more policies for lesser use of cash and on the other greater use of digital cash.

Financial literacy, financial self-efficacy and financial account ownership behavior in Pakistan

This research explores the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance on decisions making for investment by men andwomen in the textile sector of Pakistan. It examines the role of risk tolerance as mediator in relation between financialliteracy and individual’s investment decision making. It also examines the moderating effect of gender differencebetween financial literacy and risk tolerance. Collection of research data was done from the 300 respondents in thetextile sector of Faisalabad through the self-administered questionnaire by using convenient sampling. This researchwork represented the facts that financial literacy has a positive and significant relationship with risk tolerance, andinvestment decisions are significantly influenced by it. Risk tolerance has a positive and insignificant impact oninvestment decisions.In contrast, the mediation role of risk tolerance is insignificant between the financial literacy level of individuals anddecisions made by them for investment. The purpose of a moderator as gender differences is significant. This studyempowers managers to provide basics financial services to employees. Management might be guided that what shouldbe highlighted and what has to be improved to enhance the financial literacy level of textile workers. The role of financial literacy and risk tolerance: an analysis of genderdifferences in the textile sector of Pakistan

This study aims to examine the direct and indirect links between behavioral biases and investor’s investment decisions via the mediating role of risk perception through structural equation modeling. The study is conducted among individual investors who are engaged in investment for several years in Pakistan Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling technique was used for data collection and the sample size was consisted of 450 questionnaires. The findings contribute that risk perception mediates between blue-chip stocks and investment decisions. Furthermore, risk perception does not play the mediating role between herding bias, disposition effect, and investment decisions. However, the disposition effect has a strong direct relationship with risk perception. The study is beneficial to individual investors who can make investment decisions by self-estimation rather than to follow the others’ opinion. The proper training and education to the investors is also an appropriate path to overcome these biases. Risk is the major factor that discourages investment decisions but blue-chip stocks are a major risk eliminating factor while building investment decisions. Most of the prior studies focused on behavioral biases and investment decisions of individual investors but this study contributed to the mediating effect of risk perception. Human capital, anomalies, computer literacy, and artificial technology could also be used as a mediator and moderator for future orientation.

Mediating Role of Risk Perception Between Behavioral Biases and Investor’s Investment Decisions

Purpose: The study aims to identify the role of teachers’ self-efficacy towards motivating students’ learning process in intermediate colleges of Karachi, Pakistan.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Using a causal research design, purposive sampling as a sampling technique and questionnaire as a data collection method, data were gathered from selected intermediates colleges of Karachi. The data from 312 sample cases were then analyzed by employing PLS-SEM through SmartPLS3 and results were identified.
Findings: The results of the current study showed that teachers’ self-efficacy has significantly positive effect on goal achievement active learning and learning environment. In addition, teachers’ self-efficacy was found to have significant positive impact on performance goal and science learning value.
Conclusion and Implications: By the initiation of proper training and working over the embracement of self-efficacy, the motivation of the students towards the learning of science, can be improved. The professional courses and teacher education programs to develop the sense of self-efficacy are also proposed by the professionals.

This study examines the level of financial literacy in Pakistan. Financial literacy (or financial knowledge) is typically an input to model the need for financial education and explain variation in financial outcomes. The study reveals that the persons who have more financial knowledge, usually save money. It is inevitable for investors and ordinary citizen that they possess sufficient knowledge and awareness about financial institutions and markets; risk and its return, that subsequently is fruitful for the growth of economy. The results show that 1) middle-aged and older people are careful in spending their money; 2) male respondents usually have better saving habits; 3) people with higher qualification and bigger family size advises their peers about managing the finances; and 4) respondents earning high salaries agree that financial literacy do help in leading a financially secure life.Further, evidence of this paper suggests that it is important for policy makers to increase financial literacy in order to avoid the problems of adverse selection and moral hazard.
