Gender Blind, Gender-Lite: A Critique of Gender Equity Approaches in the South African Department of Education.
TL;DR: The authors argue that neither of these two approaches sufficiently address the dual demands for distribution and recognition of women and girls in the education system. But neither of them sufficiently addresses the underlying power structures that disadvantaged women.
