Distribution and Effects of DDT in the Pregnant Rabbit
TL;DR: P'-DDT treatment of pregnant rabbits at doses of 10 and 50 mg/kg caused an increased incidence of prematurity, an increase in the number of foetal resorptions and a decrease infoetal weight, while exposure in vitro to levels as high as 100 μg/ml caused no abnormalities.

Accumulation of Nicotine in the Uterine Fluid of the Six-Day Pregnant Rabbit*
TL;DR: In this article, 6-day pregnant New Zealand White rabbits were dosed intravenously with 3 H-nicotine, and the 3 H activity in the uterine fluid was approximately 5 to 11 times greater than that in the plasma at the corresponding times; 3 H -nicotine itself accounted for most of this radioactivity.
