Mercury(II) halide complexes with N-donor organic ligands: crystal and molecular structure of HgI2R, R = 1,10-phenanthroline, 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, bipyridine
TL;DR: The synthesis, characterization and single crystal X-ray structure of three compounds of general formula HgI2R (R = phen[1], dmph [2] and bpy[3]) are presented in this paper.

Three zinc(II) complexes presenting a ZnN6 chromophore and with peroxodisulfate as the counter-ion.
TL;DR: The crystal structures of three Zn complexes with the peroxodisulfate anion (pds 2- ) acting as counter-ion are reported, which present the Zn cation in a distorted octahedral environment, defined by two chelating tricoordinated ligands at almost right angles to each other.

X-ray study of two new cadmium acetato complexes
TL;DR: Two new cadmium acetate compounds, Cd(tpy)(Ac)2·2H2O (1) and Cd2(bbip)2 (Ac)3·0.037 for 4552 N i independent reflections and for 1619 N o observed [I>2σ(I) ] reflections, have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined.

Structural Studies of Complexes Containing the Peroxodisulfate Anion. II. The Crystal and Molecular Structure of Cd(S2O8) (bpy)2.H2O and Hg2(S2O8)(terpy)2(acet)2 (bpy: 2,2′-bipyridine, terpy: 2,2′,2′′-terpyridine, acet: acetate)
TL;DR: In this article, the crystal structures of two transition-metal complexes with different dinitrogenated bases, and the unusual peroxodisulfate anion are presented, Cd(S2O8)(bpy)2·H2O (1) and Hg2(S 2O8)2(acet)2 (2).

Structural Studies on Complexes Containing the Peroxodisulfate Anion. I The Crystal and Molecular Structure of Cd(pds)(phen)2(H2O)·H2O and Cd(pds)(dmph)2 [pds = Peroxodisulfate (S2O8 2–); phen = 1,10-Phenanthroline; dmph = 2,9-Dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline]
TL;DR: The crystal structures of two unreported CdII complexes with different dinitrogenated bases and the unusual peroxodisulfate anion (pds, S2O8 2−) are presented in this article.
