Topical issues of changing the requirements for HR managers in the labor market under the Covid crisis and digital transformation of business have been highlighted. Attention is drawn to the main responsibilities of a modern HR manager. The problems of communication interaction in the work of HR managers through the transition of employees to online or mixed mode of operation have been identified. An analysis of the supply and demand of HR managers in the labor market of different countries has been conducted. The requirements and benefits for HR manager by the sample of countries have been compared. Particular attention is paid to the work of HR-managers with expats. Distinctive characteristics of an expat in the position of HR manager have been demonstrated. In 2020-2021, the survey of HR managers has been conducted and the skills of the HR manager, which will enable him to be strategically in demand in the labor market and to contribute to the progressive development of both national and international companies have been identified. The objective of the paper is to identify transformations in the work of modern HR-managers and analysis of supply and demand for HR.

Der Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz erfährt in hochschuldidaktischen Kontexten wachsendes Interesse. Durch individualisierte Lernwege ergeben sich für Studierende und Dozierende neue Lern-Lehr-Möglichkeiten. Der Band befasst sich jedoch auch mit den daraus resultierenden Gefahren: Es sind Demarkationslinien zu ziehen, wenn es um Datenschutz oder ethische Bedenken geht. Die Autor*innen des Bandes nehmen verschiedene Sichtweisen ein, um eine multidisziplinäre Betrachtung der neuen Problemstellungen, die die Anwendung von KI im Hochschulkontext mit sich bringt, zu ermöglichen. 

The use of distance learning in the modern educational space of Zoom, Google Meet and other applications, as the main training format, has revealed a fairly large number of urgent challenges in terms of its effective use. The article outlines the difficulties of teaching online, which are noted by domestic and foreign researchers. It is noted that it is the subjective perception of distance learning by subjects of the educational process, in particular by applicants for higher education, that significantly affects the efficiency of knowledge assimilation. The attitude to distance learning of students of various professional fields has been investigated. The factors of positive and negative attitudes towards online learning are characterized. A statistically significant difference was revealed, and a comparative analysis and interpretation of differences between the indicators of satisfaction-dissatisfaction with distance education was carried out. It has been proven that the differences significantly depend on the professional orientation of the respondents. Taking into account the specifics of educational components will significantly affect the attitude of students to distance learning.
In order to clarify the subjective attitude to online learning, to reduce the influence of the social environment, suggestion and attitudes, the respondents were offered, in addition to the authors’ questionnaire, the “Diary of emotions” questionnaire, which is used as a projective technique for studying the emotional state. It was revealed that the majority of applicants are dominated by a positive emotional state, but at the same time, the largest number of negative emotions from the list of negative emotions concerns precisely distance learning. Positive emotions are caused, as a rule, by situations of interpersonal communication with peers and this is an important factor that negatively affects the perception of learning, limiting direct, constant contacts with society. Among the prospects for further research, the importance of further studying the relationship of personal factors, in particular motivation and attitudes towards distance education, was noted.

The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological problems of assessing the readiness of socioeconomic systems for changes. The theories of factors that are the mainstay of this study are the interesting section in this study. To complete the study of changes in complex socio-economic systems, along with the approaches of evolutionary universalism, a set of scientific methods was applied, namely: structural-functional analysis, comparative-typological analysis, historical method, methods of induction and deduction. The aim of the article. The main purpose of the study is to develop further theoretical and methodological approaches to scientific substantiation of changes in socio-economic systems in different concepts of evolutionary economics. Methodology. The methodological and theoretical foundations of the research are the theories of factors that are the mainstay of this study. To complete the study of changes in complex socio-economic systems, along with the approaches of evolutionary universalism, a set of scientific methods was applied, namely: structural-functional analysis, comparative-typological analysis, historical method, methods of induction and deduction. Value/ originality. In particular, we defined methodological requirements for the evaluation process and systematized the formalized methods of different levels of socio-economic systems assessment implementation complexity. We proved scientifically that the trajectory of system movement is determined by achievement a critical point that changes the quality of socio-economic system. At the same time, the value capitalization of the enterprise should be ensured concerning consumers and other stakeholders, participants of the enterprise activity. The levels of socio-economic system readiness for changes are highlighted.
