Anaerobic Biodegradation of Trichloroethylene Sorbed by a Surrogate Soil Organic Matter
TL;DR: The effects of aging trichloroethylene (TCE) with a surrogate soil organic matter (SSOM) on its anaerobic biodegradation and desorption characteristics were studied in this article.

In-storage psychrophilic anaerobic digestion: acclimated microbial kinetics.
TL;DR: Evaluating kinetic parameters describing the major stages in the digestion process, and investigating the effect of temperature acclimation on these parameters, suggests that active psychrophilic and mesophilic microbial populations co-exist within the community.

Removal of pyrene and benzo(a)pyrene from contaminated water by sequential and simultaneous ozonation and biotreatment.
TL;DR: Despite a decreased specific biodegradation rate, ozonation improved the overall elimination of benzo(a)pyrene during both treatment processes, demonstrating the benefits of combined oz onation-biological treatment for the removal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.

Dataset of anaerobic acidogenic digestion for hydrogen production using xylose as substrate: biogas production and metagenomic data
Gustavo Mockaitis,Gustavo Mockaitis,Guillaume Bruant,Serge R. Guiot,Eugenio Foresti,Marcelo Zaiat +5 more
TL;DR: The raw data ofBiogas production and composition (relative pressures and concentrations of each of the biogas constituents) for batch experiments to evaluate the anaerobic digestion of xylose is presented.
