Ye Sol Kim,Je Yeong Ko,Soo-been Lee,Sumin Oh,Jee Won Park,Hyeok Gu Kang,Da-Hyun Kim,D.H. Chung,Sera Lim,Hyun Kyung Kong,Jongmin Kim,Kyung Hyun Yoo,Wonshik Han,Kyung-Hee Chun,Jong Hoon Park +14 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors identify dysregulated microRNAs (miRNAs) in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) by profiling miRNA and mRNA expression and demonstrate that miR-371b-5p is a tumor-suppressive miRNA that regulates the CSDE1/Rac1 axis and could be a potential prognostic biomarker for TNBC.
Hypomethylation of ATP1A1 Is Associated with Poor Prognosis and Cancer Progression in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
Ye Sol Kim,Je Yeong Ko,Hyun Kyung Kong,Minyoung Lee,Woosung Chung,Sera Lim,Dasom Son,Sumin Oh,Do Yeon Kim,Minju Lee,Wonshik Han,Woong-Yang Park,Kyung Hyun Yoo,Jong Hoon Park +13 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that the hypomethylation and overexpression of ATP1A1 could be a prognostic marker in TNBC and that the manipulation of ATP1A1 expression could be a therapeutic target in this disease.
Abstract 5681: Identification of dysregulated miRNAs involved in TNBC progression
Minyoung Lee,Dasom Son,Sera Lim,Jong Hoon Park +3 more
TL;DR: Identification of dysregulated miRNAs involved in TNBC progression identifies oncogenic and tumor suppressive miRNAs that are associated with overall survival and progression of the disease.
