Photocatalytic improvement of Mn-adsorbed g-C3N4
Weibin Zhang,Zhi-Jun Zhang,Zhi-Jun Zhang,Sangwoo Kwon,Fuchun Zhang,Boandoh Stephen,Ki Kang Kim,Ranju Jung,Sera Kwon,Kwun-Bum Chung,Woochul Yang +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the photocatalytic efficiency of Mn-adsorbed g-C3N4 is investigated, and it is shown that the Mn atoms stably are bonded with N atoms, due to the strong absorption energy and ionic bond.

Indoor-type photovoltaics with organic solar cells through optimal design
Premkumar Vincent,Sang-Chul Shin,Ji Soo Goo,Young-Jun You,Boram Cho,Suwoong Lee,Dong-Wook Lee,Sera Kwon,Kwun-Bum Chung,Jae-Joon Lee,Jin-Hyuk Bae,Jae Won Shim,Hyeok Kim +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluated the applicability of a poly (3hexylthiophene):indene-C60 bisadduct solar cell to harvest the light spectrum from an indoor light-emitting diode (LED).

Improvement of device performance and instability of tungsten-doped InZnO thin-film transistor with respect to doping concentration
TL;DR: In this paper, W-doped InZnO (WIZO) thin-film transistors were fabricated by co-sputtering with different W doping concentrations.
22
All-sputtered oxide thin-film transistors fabricated at 150 °C using simultaneous ultraviolet and thermal treatment
TL;DR: In this paper, a sputter-processed gate insulator with a low temperature of 150 °C with a higher amount of coordinated oxygen species and a higher surface energy than thermal-only (300 °C) treated gate insulators is presented.

Temperature-Dependent Resonance Energy Transfer from Semiconductor Quantum Wells to Graphene
Young-Jun Yu,Keun Soo Kim,Jungtae Nam,Sera Kwon,Hyeryoung Byun,Kwanjae Lee,Jae-Hyun Ryou,Russell D. Dupuis,Jeomoh Kim,Gwanghyun Ahn,Sunmin Ryu,Mee-Yi Ryu,Jin Soo Kim +12 more
TL;DR: The roles of localized and free excitons in the RET process from the QWs to graphene as a function of temperature are identified and the tuning of the RET efficiency is observed.
