Hazard potential of perovskite solar cell technology for potential implementation of "safe-by-design" approach.
Su-Yong Bae,Su Young Lee,Ji-wan Kim,Ha Nee Umh,Jaeseong Jeong,Seongjun Bae,Jongheop Yi,Younghun Kim,Jinhee Choi +8 more
TL;DR: The current study highlights the non-negligible hazard potentialities of the PSC and its degradation products, as evidenced by the ecotoxicity and cytotoxicity battery assay and indicates that great caution should be taken in the mass production of PSCs.
Omnidirectionally stretchable, high performance supercapacitors based on a graphene–carbon-nanotube layered structure
TL;DR: In this article, a graphene-carbon-nanotube-layered structure for use as a stretchable electrode and its application in all-solid-state stretchable supercapacitors and various electronics is reported.

Interfacial Adsorption and Redox Coupling of Li4Ti5O12 with Nanographene for High-Rate Lithium Storage.
Seongjun Bae,Inho Nam,Soomin Park,Young Geun Yoo,Sungju Yu,Jong Min Lee,Jeong Woo Han,Jongheop Yi +7 more
TL;DR: The design with experimental proof is reported here for the high rate of lithium storage via a core-shell structure composite comprised of a Li4Ti5O12 (LTO) core and a nanographene shell, synthesized via a first-principles understanding of the adsorption properties between LTO and NG.
Polymer-mediated synthesis of a nitrogen-doped carbon aerogel with highly dispersed Pt nanoparticles for enhanced electrocatalytic activity
TL;DR: In this article, a simple chemical process for the direct synthesis of a nitrogen-doped carbon aerogel (NCA) with highly dispersed Pt nanoparticles via a poly(ethyleneimine) (PEI)-assisted strategy is described.

Bias-switching quasi-Doherty-type amplifier for CDMA handset applications
Seongjun Bae,Junghyun Kim,Inho Nam,Youngwoo Kwon +3 more
- 08 Jun 2003
TL;DR: In this article, a bias-switching Doherty type amplifier based on bias switching has been developed for CDMA handset applications by dividing the mode of operation according to the output power requirement, the efficiency was optimized in low power region while the linearity was improved in the high power region.
