Tuning the pore structure of plug-containing Al-SBA-15 by post-treatment and its selectivity for C16 olefin in ethylene oligomerization
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of steaming, alkali, and acid post-treatments on the structural properties of plug-containing Al-SBA-15 have been investigated by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption-desorption at 77 K, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), FTIR spectrum, Al-22 MAS NMR, and inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analyses.

Synthesis of hollow spherical tantalum oxide nanoparticles and their photocatalytic activity for hydrogen production
TL;DR: In this article, nano-particles consisting of hollow spherical tantalum oxide (referred to as HSTaO in this work) were synthesized by using the nonionic triblock copolymer F127 as the structure-directing agent in an ethanol aqueous medium.

Direct synthesis of Al-SBA-15 containing aluminosilicate species plugs in an acid-free medium and structural adjustment by hydrothermal post-treatment
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of controllable aluminosilicate plug structures inside straight mesopores has been hydrothermally synthesized in a one-step synthesis in an environmentally friendly acid-free medium, using triblock copolymer Pluronic P123 as a structure-directing agent, water as solvent, TEOS and aluminum nitrate (TEOS) as silica and aluminum sources, respectively.
