TL;DR: In this paper , a longitudinal study of 202 persons with multiple sclerosis was conducted with measurements at two time points with an average follow-up time of 5.4 years, and subjects had a significant 55.6% increase in Chemokine Ligand 20 (9.7pg/mL vs. 15.1PG/mL, p<0.001) and Neurofilament light polypeptide (10.5 pg/ml vs. 11.5pg/ml, p=0.003) at the followup time point.

TL;DR: It is hypothesized that differentially expressed (DE) plasma microRNAs and metabolites in CA patients can be integrated with plasma proteins to increase the sensitivity and specificity of circulating CA biomarkers.

TL;DR: It is hypothesize that homologous differentially expressed (DE) plasma miRNAs can reflect the CCM germline mutation in preclinical murine models and patients and validated in an independent cohort of human subjects with real-time-qPCR quantification, a technique facilitating plasma assays.
