TL;DR: In this paper, the experience of a tertiary-care center in conservative surgery for advanced-stage laryngeal cancer was presented, where adjuvant therapy was employed in 51% of cases, while overall survival (OS) was 67%, and laryngo-esophageal dysfunction free survival (LEDFS) was 66%.
