TL;DR: Renal survival and the number of patients achieving clinical remission were significantly higher in patients treating with corticosteroids plus mycophenolate mofetil as compared with patients treated with other immunosuppressive regimens and untreated patients, respectively.

TL;DR: The results suggest that in some patients with diabetes, kidney biopsy may be useful for an accurate renal diagnosis and subsequently treatment and prognosis and the capacity of clinical and analytical data in the prediction of NDRD.
