Okul oncesi egitimin istenen nitelikte ve verimlilikte gerceklestirilebilmesi surecte yer alan butun unsurlarin isbirligi icinde hareket etmesine baglidir. Ogretmenler tarafindan yapilan etkinliklerin ve faaliyetlerin ebeveynler ile isbirligi icinde yurutulmesi, onlarin destegi ve katkisi alinarak gerceklestirilmesi okul oncesi egitimdeki kazanimlar acisindan onemlidir. Okul oncesinde aile katilimi; anne babalarin cocuklarin egitimlerine, bunun yaninda gelisimlerine katkida bulunup, onlara yararli olabilmeleri icin organize edilen etkinlikler butunudur. Egitimdeki kalitenin artmasi ve etkin bir egitimin saglanmasi ogretmenler ve ebeveynler arasindaki isbirligi ile dogrudan iliskilidir. Aile katiliminin ozellikle okul oncesi egitimdeki onemi dikkate alinarak bu calismada okul oncesi egitimde aile katilimina iliskin ebeveyn ve ogretmen gorusleri degerlendirilmistir. Ogretmen ve ebeveynlerin goruslerinin derinlemesine analizinde nitel arastirma yontemi kullanilmistir. Arastirmaci tarafindan hazirlanan gorusme formu ile ebeveynlere; aile katilimindan ne anladiklari, aile katilimini arttiran ve azaltan unsurlar, aile katiliminin onemi, aile katiliminin ebeveyn ve cocuk uzerindeki etkilerini belirlemeye yonelik sorular sorulmustur. Ogretmenlere ise; aile katilimini nasil tanimladiklari, aile katilimi konusunda ebeveynlerin tutumu, aile katilimini arttiran ya da sinirlayan unsurlar gibi sorular yonetilerek dusunceleri alinmistir. Arastirma sonucunda elde edilen sonuclar tumevarimsal analiz yontemi ile derinlemesine ele alinmistir.

his study was carried out to determine the opinions of preschool teachers regarding the factors
affecting family participation in pre-school education by considering their gender, age, educational
status and professional years.The study area of the research consists of 27 preschool teachers
working in the Sapanca District of Sakarya Province.In the research, 5 questions were asked to
preschool teachers in order to determine the factors affecting family participation in preschool
education. Since the interviews were conducted in a computer environment, the data were recorded
digitally, then they were converted into written documents and the data were analyzed by means of
descriptive analysis method.As a result of the research;It was observed that the primary factors
affecting family participation in preschool education contributed to the development of the child. It
was observed that working hours was an important factor as the reason for the majority of parents
not participating in family participation activities. It was observed that the majority of family
participation activities were in class activities. It was observed that that family participation activities
generally increased self confidence. It was observed that school administrators generally support the effect on family participotion.

Examining the Factors Affecting Family Participation in Preschool Education: The Teachers’ Views

In this study, it is aimed to determine the efficiencies of school managers in educational
administration by getting teacher opinions. The research’s field of study includes totally 40 teachers (
21 female , 19 male ) who works in Sapanca, Sakarya: 10 pre-school teachers, 10 primary school
teachers, 10 secondary school teachers and 10 high school teachers. In the e search, teachers were
asked 6 questions to find the proficiencies of school managers in educational administration by
getting teacher opinions. Since the interviews were made in computer environment, they were 
recorded digitally and then turned into written documents. At the end of the research, the proficiencies of school managers in educational administration
according to the teacher opinions were evaluated under 6 titles. It was mostly declared by the
teachers that managers should be fair. When evaluated as academically, it was stated that they
should support the students and give importance to education more than enough hand also was
mostly declared that they should motivate and award the students to improve their academic
success. In terms of social activities, it was stated that they should provide all kind of opportunities
by thin kind the personal differences of the students. Finally, when evaluated as their attitudes
towards teachers, it was indicated that they should be fair, respectful managers who can
communicate well.

Received11.11.2020 Received in revised form05.08.2021 Available online01.07.2022 The aim of this study is to examine the effect of using Education Informatics Network in preschool education on the educational process according to the opinions of preschool teachers. Case study which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. The study group of the research consists of 19 preschool teachers working in pre-school education institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Sapanca district of Sakarya province in the academic year of 2019-2020. Semi-structured interview technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. In the research, as a data collection tool, "semi-structured interview form" developed by the researcher was used In order to determine whether the questions in the interview form were suitable for the purpose of the interview or not, expert opinion was consulted. Necessary corrections were made in line with the suggestions and criticisms of the experts. Due to the pandemic process involved, the interviews with the teachers in the study were made via e-mail and the data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. According to the results of the research, when the opinions of the preschool teachers about the education information network were examined, it was stated that; the participation in the submitted studies was high, most of the students had connection problems while entering the system, the teachers were at a medium level in the use of information technologies and the content on the system was insufficient. Developing and enriching the content in the system, raising awareness of parents, facilitating the use of the system and solving technical problems were suggested by the participants.
