Noise in double‐injection space‐charge‐limited diodes
TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that the conductance g of a double-injection Ge diode shows transit time effects and that the limiting noise can be represented by a current generator (4kTgΔf)1/2 in parallel to the device.

THERMAL NOISE IN Ge p‐ν‐p SCL DIODES
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the noise spectrum between 1 kHz and 60 MHz and found that at high frequencies the noise seems to reach the limiting value, where g is the differential conductance and n follows from the characteristic.

Noise in p-ν-p diodes at room temperature☆
TL;DR: The (Ia,Va) characteristic of p-ν-p diodes shows a linear region at low voltages, a V a 1 2 -region at intermediate voltages and a Vaα-region, with α gradually increasing from 1 2 to 2 at higher voltages as discussed by the authors.
