Induction of Chromosome Instability by Activation of Yes-Associated Protein and Forkhead Box M1 in Liver Cancer
S Weiler,Federico Pinna,Thomas Wolf,Teresa Lutz,Aman Geldiyev,Carsten Sticht,M Knaub,Stefan Thomann,Michaela Bissinger,S Wan,S Rössler,D Becker,Norbert Gretz,Hauke Lang,Frank Bergmann,Vladimir Ustiyan,Tatiana V. Kalin,Stephan Singer,Ju Seog Lee,Jens U. Marquardt,Peter Schirmacher,Vladimir V. Kalinichenko,Kai Breuhahn +22 more
TL;DR: By analyzing cell lines, genetically modified mice, and HCC tissues, it is found that YAP cooperates with FOXM1 to contribute to chromosome instability and agents that disrupt this pathway might be developed as treatments for liver cancer.

TRIM21 is a druggable target for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer through ubiquitination and activation of MST2.
Yu-Xuan Liu,S Wan,Xiao-Qin Yang,Yi Wang,Wen-Juan Gan,Wenmin Ye,Xiao-Shun He,Jun-Jie Chen,Yun Yang,Xuefeng Yang,Xin Xin Guo,Xiao-Jiao Gao,Yitan Lu,Zhi-yong Deng,Guang Hu,Hua Wu +15 more
TL;DR: In this article , a tripartite motif 21 (TRIM21) protein was reported to exert potential inhibitory effects on the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer (mCRC).

LncRNA landscape and associated ceRNA network in placental villus of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion
TL;DR: In this article , a co-dysregulated ceRNA network of URSA patients was established, and the enrichment analyses for the mRNAs in the cRNA network was implemented, which revealed that ncRNA processing, DNA replication, cell cycle, apoptosis, cytokine-mediated signaling pathway, ECM-receptor interaction were the potentially disrupted pathways in URSA patient.
