Application of high resolution NMR (1H and 13C) and FTIR spectroscopy for characterization of light and heavy crude oils
I. Z. Rakhmatullin,S.V. Efimov,V.A. Tyurin,Ameen A. Al-Muntaser,Alexander E. Klimovitskii,Mikhail A. Varfolomeev,Vladimir V. Klochkov +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy experiments were applied to obtain detailed information on the hydrocarbon chemistry of three light and three heavy crude oils.

Determination of preferred conformations of ibuprofen in chloroform by 2D NOE spectroscopy.
Ilya A. Khodov,Ilya A. Khodov,S.V. Efimov,Vladimir V. Klochkov,G. A. Al’per,L. A. E. Batista de Carvalho +5 more
TL;DR: Solution of an anti-inflammatory drug ibuprofen ((RS)-2-(4-isobutylphenyl) propionic acid) in chloroform was studied by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and three models of averaging were concerned to determine the dominant conformers of ib uprofen dissolved inchloroform.

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of oil samples extracted from some Bashkortostan and Tatarstan oilfields based on NMR spectroscopy data
TL;DR: In this paper, the quantitative fractions of aromatic molecules and functional groups constituting oil hydrocarbons in several crude oil samples were determined and their slight variation from sample to sample was shown.

The importance of suppressing spin diffusion effects in the accurate determination of the spatial structure of a flexible molecule by nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy
Ilya A. Khodov,Ilya A. Khodov,S.V. Efimov,Vladimir V. Klochkov,L. A. E. Batista de Carvalho,Michael G. Kiselev +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, two-dimensional nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy is applied to the elucidation of conformation distribution of small molecules in solution, and an essential influence of the nonlinear multistep magnetization transfer (spin diffusion) on the NMR-based analysis of conformers distribution for small druglike molecules in solutions is revealed.

Spatial structure of cyclosporin A and insight into its flexibility
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE) spectroscopy and analysis of residual dipolar couplings to obtain data on the molecular structure of dominant conformers of cyclosporin A.
