TL;DR: In this paper , the role of anti-human leukocyte antigen (DSA) antibodies in graft rejection in solid organ transplantation was investigated and it was shown that anti-HLA sensitization should be evaluated routinely in HSCT with HLA mismatched donors for a better outcome.

TL;DR: Although most patients develop GV HD post DLI and may require consecutive therapies, mortality from GVHD is infrequent and manipulation of the GVT effect needs to be optimised to induce remission without morbidity from GvHD.
