Chronopharmacokinetics of tacrolimus in kidney transplant recipients: Occurrence of acute rejection
Hitoshi Tada,S. Satoh,Masahiro Iinuma,Naotake Shimoda,Miho Murakami,Yukitoshi Hayase,Tetsuro Kato,Toshio Suzuki +7 more
TL;DR: The results of this study indicate that the variance on the clinical pharmacokinetics of tacrolimus between daytime and nighttime in renal transplant patients is not significant, while the lower nighttime AUC corresponded to the occurrence of AR.

The influence of mycophenolate mofetil versus azathioprine and mycophenolic acid pharmacokinetics on the incidence of acute rejection and infectious complications after renal transplantation.
S. Satoh,Hitoshi Tada,Miho Murakami,Norihiko Tsuchiya,Takamitsu Inoue,Hisafumi Togashi,Shinobu Matsuura,Yukitoshi Hayase,Takashi Suzuki,Tomonori Habuchi +9 more
- 01 May 2005
TL;DR: Although virus infections occurred in recipients treated with MMF, MPA PK did not influence the infectious complications after renal transplantation, however, there were no significant differences.

Influence of carboxylesterase 2 genetic polymorphisms on mycophenolic acid pharmacokinetics in Japanese renal transplant recipients.
Nobuhiro Fujiyama,Masatomo Miura,S. Satoh,Kazuyuki Inoue,Hideaki Kagaya,Masaya Saito,Tomonori Habuchi,Takehiro Suzuki +7 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that while CES1 and/or CES2 are involved in the hydrolysis of MMF to MPA, CES2 allelic variants appeared to make only a minor contribution to inter-personal differences in MPA pharmacokinetics.
23
Comparison of enantioselective disposition of rabeprazole versus lansoprazole in renal-transplant recipients who are CYP2C19 extensive metabolizers.
Masatomo Miura,Hideaki Kagaya,Hitoshi Tada,Yoshinori Sagae,S. Satoh,Tomonori Habuchi,Takehiro Suzuki +6 more
TL;DR: In renal-transplant recipients who are CYP2C19 extensive metabolizers, there is less stereoselective difference in the pharmacokinetic disposition between the (R)- and (S)-enantiomers of rabeprazole than those of lansoprazole.

Total cystoprostatectomy in the treatment of locally advanced prostate carcinoma.
TL;DR: Results suggest that total cystoprostatectomy with urinary diversion is a valid option, in terms of disease control and QOL, for prostate cancer patients whose tumor is infiltrating into the bladder.
