Refined structure of cytochrome b562 from Escherichia coli at 1.4 A resolution.
TL;DR: The structure of cy tochrome b562 from Escherichia coli has been refined at 1.4 A resolution against X-ray data collected on a Picker four-circle diffractometer and a detailed comparison with the structurally similar cytochrome c' from Rhodospirulum molishianum is presented.

The role of Zn2+ on the structure and stability of murine adenosine deaminase.
TL;DR: Investigation of the role of Zn(2+) with respect to ADA structure and stability showed that structural changes correlated with the loss of enzymatic activity, and changes throughout the structure as suggested by the NMR data may explain the lower stability of the Zn (2+)-free protein.
