Posterior cardiac compression from a large hiatal hernia—A novel cause of ventricular tachycardia
TL;DR: This work presents the first case of ventricular tachycardia (VT) associated with HH-induced compression, and concludes that large hiatal hernia can cause extensive posterior cardiac compression, including frequent compression of the basal inferior left ventricular wall.

TL;DR: The presence and extent of CAD is a meaningful stratifier of long-term mortality and MACE in patients aged <70 years and ≥70 years old and the presence of obstructive and non-obstructive disease and the burden of atherosclerosis determined by SIS remain important predictors of prognosis in older populations.
Aspirin hypersensitivity in patients with coronary artery disease: linking pathophysiology to clinical practice
TL;DR: The complexity of managing patients with aspirin hypersensitivity in cardiac disease, the indications and risks of aspirin desensitization, and the approach to management of the minority of patients who are unsuitable for desensItization are described.

Frontiers of cardiovascular polypills: From atherosclerosis and beyond
TL;DR: In this article , the authors evaluate the current evidence for cardiovascular fixed-dose combination (FDC) therapies, barriers to current use, and potential next generation advances, and evaluate the benefits of cardiovascular FDCs.
