TL;DR: It is shown that patients receiving CT or CRT had significant improvements in OS and RFS, and a benefit of adjuvant therapy (except RT alone) was observed even in LN-negative patients.

TL;DR: Clinicians only preferred CAPOX for younger patients with stage III gastric cancer after curative D2 gastrectomy, however, for elderly patients, clinicians more chose S-1 regardless of the stage.
