Evidence for semiconducting behavior with a narrow band gap of Bernal graphite
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied the resistance of a large number of highly oriented graphite samples with areas ranging from several mm2 to a few μm2 and thickness from −∼ 10nm to several tens of micrometers.

Evidence for semiconducting behavior with a narrow band gap of Bernal graphite
TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the resistivity of a large number of highly oriented graphite samples with areas ranging from several mm$^2$ to a few mm$m$2$ and thickness from 10nm to several tens of micrometers.

2D layered transport properties from topological insulator Bi$_2$Se$_3$ single crystals and micro flakes
Olivio Chiatti,Christian Riha,Dominic Lawrenz,Marco Busch,S. Dusari,Jaime Sánchez-Barriga,Anna Mogilatenko,Lada V. Yashina,Sergio Valencia,Akin A. Ünal,Oliver Rader,Saskia F. Fischer +11 more
TL;DR: It is reported that quantum corrections to the electronic conduction are dominated by the surface states for a semiconducting case, which can be analyzed by the Hikami-Larkin-Nagaoka model for two coupled surfaces in the case of strong spin-orbit interaction.
Temperature-dependent electrical characterization of exfoliated β-Ga2O3 micro flakes
TL;DR: In this article, structural and temperature-dependent electrical characterization of thin β-Ga2O3 micro flakes using Czochralski technique is presented. But the authors do not consider the effect of temperature on the electrical properties of these flakes.

Enhancement of the ferromagnetic order of graphite after sulphuric acid treatment
José Barzola-Quiquia,Winfried Böhlmann,Pablo Esquinazi,A. Schadewitz,A. Ballestar,S. Dusari,L. Schultze-Nobre,B. Kersting +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the changes in the ferromagnetic behavior of graphite powder and graphite flakes after treatment with diluted sulphuric acid were studied and it was shown that this kind of acid treatment enhances substantially the magnetization of virgin graphite micrometer size powder as well as in graphite flakes.
