Graphene-black phosphorus printed photodetectors
Shahab Akhavan,Alfonso Ruocco,Giancarlo Soavi,Amin Taheri,Sandro Mignuzzi,S. Doukas,Yarjan Abdul Samad,Lucia Lombardi,Konstantinos Dimos,Ioannis Paradisanos,Jakob E. Muench,H. Watson,Stephen A. Hodge,Luigi Occhipinti,Elefterios Lidorikis,Ilya Goykhman,Andrea C. Ferrari +16 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a scalable fabrication technique combining chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and liquid phase exfoliation (LPE) is presented to overcome the limitations of LPE-based printed optoelectronic devices.
Evaluation of the effective solid angle of a hemispherical deflector analyser with injection lens for metastable Auger projectile states
E. P. Benis,S. Doukas,Theo J. M. Zouros,Paul Indelicato,F. Parente,C. Martins,José Paulo Santos,José Marques +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented SIMION Monte Carlo type simulations of the effective solid angle for long-lived projectile Auger states (lifetime τ ∼ 10 − 9 − 10 − 5 s ) recorded by a hemispherical spectrograph with injection lens and position sensitive detector in the direction of the projectile ion.

Evidence for the non-statistical population of the 1s2s2p 4P metastable state by electron capture in 4 MeV collisions of B3+(1s2s 3S) with H2 targets
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors revisited previously published data involving collisions of mixed 4-MeV B 3 + (1 s 2 1 S, 1 s 2 s 2 p 4 P ) with H2 targets in search of evidence for the non-statistical production of the 1-s 2-s-2-p 4 P long-lived metastable state by single electron capture.

Electrical detection of graphene plasmons for mid-infrared photodetection and chemical sensing: A computational study
TL;DR: In this paper , a configuration based on graphene nanoribbons on silicon, forming a series of Schottky junctions, was theoretically investigated, and the authors derived an external responsivity up to [Formula: see text] mA/W with a corresponding noise equivalent power.

High Resolution Auger Projectile Electron Spectroscopy of Li-like Ions Produced by Electron Capture in Collisions of He-like Ions with Gaseous Targets
A. Dimitriou,A. Laoutaris,I. Madesis,S. Doukas,E. P. Benis,Béla Sulik,Omer Sise,A. Lagoyannis,M. Axiotis,Theo J. M. Zouros +9 more
- 15 Oct 2016
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a systematic isoelectronic investigation of K-Auger spectra emitted from pre-excited ions in collisions with gas targets using novel techniques, which are expected to lead to a deeper understanding of the neglected importance of cascade feeding of metastable states in collisions of carbon He-like ions with target gases.
