TL;DR: It is suggested that MPA upregulates B7-DC expression during DC maturation induced by LPS in vitro, an effect that may be responsible for MPA-mediated inhibitory effects on the allostimulatory capacity of DC.

Cyclosporin a Up-regulates B7-DC expression on dendritic cells in an IL-4-dependent manner in vitro, which is associated with decreased allostimulatory capacity of dendritic cells.
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that Cyclosporin A has no effect on the expression of major histocompatibility complex class II and costimulatory molecular CD80, CD86, CD40 on matured DC induced by Lipopolysaccharide in vitro, but can up-regulated B7-DC expression on DC in an Interleukin-4-dependent manner, which is associated with reduced allostimulatory ability of DC.

Natural Killer Cell Activating Receptor NKG2D Is Involved in the Immunosuppressive Effects of Mycophenolate Mofetil and Hepatitis B Virus Infection.
TL;DR: Findings indicate that NKG2D regulation may be important in the immunosuppressive effect NK cells and involved in HBV infection.

SYT7 plays a role in promoting thyroid cancer by mediating HMGB3 ubiquitination.
S. Dong,Jun Pan,Yi Bin Shen,Li-Xian Zhu,Liang Shen,Feng Zhu,Hui Li,Haibin Shen,Qing Xia,Yijun Wu,Xiaojun Xie +10 more
TL;DR: It was found that SYT7 knockdown inhibited the proliferation and migration of thyroid cancer cells and promoted cell apoptosis, whileSYT7 overexpression had the opposite effect, and HMGB3 was significantly up-regulated in thyroid cancer.

TL;DR: In HBV-transgenic mice, MMF treatment impaired NK cell activity, but did not influence virus replication, whereas IL-15 treatment depressed HBsAg titer, and Regulation of NKG2D may be important in the effect of immunosuppressant onNK cell activity and involved in HBV infection.
