Porquet,C. Schück,F. Azaiez,S. Bouneau,C. Bourgeois,A. Korichi,N. Poffé,H. Sergolle,R. Lucas,Meot,Hibbert I I,R. Wadsworth +25 more
TL;DR: The six superdeformed bands in {sup 193}Pb have been studied with the EUROGAM 2 {gamma}-ray spectrometer using the {sup 168}Er({sup 30}Si,5{ital n}){sup 193]Pb reaction and the results are discussed in terms of cranked-Hartree-Fock-Bogolioubov-Lipkin-Nogami calculations.

Macchiavelli,M. G. Porquet,J.F. Sharpey-Schafer,F. S. Stephens,M. A. Stoyer,D. T. Vo,Anna Wilson +21 more
TL;DR: These results represent the first identification of superdeformed bands in a nucleus of the [ital A][similar to]190 mass region with [ital Z][gt]82 and can be assigned unambiguously to the Bi nuclei.

TL;DR: In this paper, a weakly populated rotational sequence has been found and the cross-bombardment information has been used to identify one band belonging to each of {sup 195}Bi, {sup 196}Bi and {sup 197}Bi.

Stezowski,P. G. Thirolf,Anna Wilson +35 more
TL;DR: In this paper, five new magnetic-rotational bands have been found, based on proton 11 − and 8 + particle states coupled to various neutron-hole excitations, and arguments for configuration assignments to the bands are derived.
