TL;DR: In this article , the Loop-10 closure technique for unintentional mucosal perforation during re-do esophageal peroral endoscopic myotomy was demonstrated, and it was shown to be effective in the case of colorectal cancer.

TL;DR: Although there was no significant difference, the incidences of enterocolitis and constipation were slightly higher in group T, perhaps because of the residual muscle cuff; therefore, it is necessary to provide best care with attention to constipation immediately after surgery.
