Evaluation of the latest satellite–gauge precipitation products and their hydrologic applications over the Huaihe River basin
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluated four satellite-gauge quantitative precipitation estimate (QPE) products, including NASA's TRMM 3B42V7 product, NOAA's Climate Prediction Center (CPC) MORPHing technique (CMORPH) bias-corrected product, CMORPH BLD and CM ORPH CMA, and developed at the National Meteorological Information Center (NMIC) of the China Meteorological Administration (CMA).

Sub-daily soil moisture estimate using dynamic Bayesian model averaging
TL;DR: In this article, a general dynamic Bayesian model averaging (BMA) framework was proposed for merging sub-daily model products. And the results showed that the dynamic BMA framework provides a new solution for merging SM model products, which can be further used for drought monitoring and prediction.

Streamflow simulations using error correction ensembles of satellite rainfall products over the Huaihe river basin
TL;DR: In this paper, a two-dimensional stochastic satellite rainfall error model (SREM2D) was applied to three satellite precipitation products in streamflow simulations to investigate the hydrologic applicability of an error correction method.

The impact of Children’s gender on Parent’s mental health and cognition -- evidence from China
TL;DR: This article investigated the effect of a child's gender on parental mental health and cognition in the context of one of the world's largest developing countries and the unique one-child policy, using China Family Panel Studies (CFPS).
