Efficacy and safety of CD19 CAR T constructed with a new anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor in relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia
Runxia Gu,Fang Liu,Dehui Zou,Yingxi Xu,Yang Lu,Bingcheng Liu,Wei Liu,Xiaojuan Chen,Kaiqi Liu,Ye Guo,Xiaoyuan Gong,Rui Lv,Xia Chen,Chunlin Zhou,Mengjun Zhong,Huijun Wang,Hui Wei,Yingchang Mi,Lugui Qiu,Lulu Lv,Min Wang,Ying Wang,Xiaofan Zhu,Jianxiang Wang +23 more
TL;DR: The results presented in this study indicate that CNCT19 cells have potent anti-leukemic activities in patients with R/R B-ALL and suggest that the percentage of CD8 + naïve T cells may be a useful biomarker to predict the long-term prognosis for patients undergoing CAR T cell therapy.
Benefit of intermediate-dose cytarabine containing induction in molecular subgroups of acute myeloid leukemia.
Hui Wei,Chunlin Zhou,Dong Lin,Bingcheng Liu,Yan Li,Xingli Zhao,Shuning Wei,Benfa Gong,Kaiqi Liu,Xiaoyuan Gong,Yuntao Liu,Guangji Zhang,Jiayuan Chen,Junping Zhang,Jingjing Jin,Shaowei Qiu,Runxia Gu,Ying Wang,Yingchang Mi,Jianxiang Wang +19 more
TL;DR: Benefits of intermediate-dose cytarabine containing induction in molecular subgroups of acute myeloid leukemia and its application in clinical practice are described.
Characteristics and prognosis in adult acute myeloid leukemia patients with MLL gene rearrangements
X Y Gong,Y. F. Wang,Bingcheng Liu,Hongxing Wei,Cheng Wen Li,Q H Li,J W Zhao,Chunlin Zhou,Dong Lin,Kaiqi Liu,S N Wei,B F Gong,Guangji Zhang,Yuntao Liu,Xingli Zhao,Yuanfeng Li,Runxia Gu,Shaowei Qiu,Yingchang Mi,J X Wang +19 more
TL;DR: AML with MLL gene rearrangements was closely associated with monocytic differentiation, and MLL/AF9 was the most frequent partner gene, and allo-HSCT may have the potential to further improve the prognosis of this group of patients.

Universal Anti-CD7 CAR-T Cells Targeting T-ALL and Functional Analysis of CD7 Antigen on T/CAR-T Cells
Leling Xie,Runxia Gu,Xue Yang,Shaowei Qiu,Yingxi Xu,Junli Mou,Ying Wang,Haiyan Xing,Kejing Tang,Zheng Tian,Qing Rao,Min Wang,Jianxiang Wang +12 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors constructed universal CAR-T cells targeting the pan-T cell marker-CD7, and explored the biological function of CD7 antigen on both T and CAR-Ts cells.

Prognostic Effect and Clinical Application of Early Measurable Residual Disease (MRD) By Flow Cytometry on De Novo Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)
Congxiao Zhang,Runxia Gu,Chunlin Zhou,Yang Li,Yuntao Liu,Shuning Wei,Dong-Tsamn Lin,Benfa Gong,Kaiqi Liu,Qiuyun Fang,Xiaoyuan Gong,Shaowei Qiu,Bingcheng Liu,Ying Wang,Hui Wei,Yingchang Mi,Jianxiang Wang +16 more
TL;DR: In this article , the effect of early MRD on outcome of AML patients with different genetic-risk group and further evaluated its' impact on the allogeneic stem cell transplantation (Allo-HSCT) decision-making, which will help to establish an overall dynamic stratified prognosis system at MRD level.
