TL;DR: By using simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers and bulked segregant analysis (BSA) method, fzp(t) gene was mapped in the terminal region of the long arm of chromosome 7, with results that will facilitate the positional cloning and function studies of the gene.

TL;DR: A monogenic recessive enclosed panicle mutant, named as esp2 (enclosed shorter panicle 2), was acquired from the tissue culture progeny of indica rice cultivar Minghui-86 and apparently, ESP2 is a key gene for the development of uppermost internode in rice.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for increasing the disease-resistant breeding efficiency of hybrid rice is presented, which consists of the following steps: creating germplasm containing a bacterial blight resistance gene and rice blast resistance gene chromosome segment by utilizing a molecular marker-assisted selection technology, and respectively hybridizing with a three-line maintainer line, a two-line sterile line or a restoring line; screening resistant individual plants for each segregative generation in a seedling stage by utilizing bacterial blight germs.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for breeding a lasting disease-resistant hybrid rice mixing line is described, which belongs to the field of hybrid rice disease resistance breeding, where a plurality of resistance genes are led into an excellent maintenance line through a molecular marker auxiliary back cross breeding method, and a disease resistant sterile line containing heterozygous disease resistant genes is obtained through the breeding of the maintenance line and an original sterile line.
