Meeting the on‐line needs of disabled tourists: an assessment of UK‐based hotel websites
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the accessibility of UK-based hotels' websites and found that low levels of Web content accessibility were found amongst the sample of websites. But, they also found that the quality of the information contained on websites served their particular needs.

Online Accessibility and Information Needs of Disabled Tourists: A Three Country Hotel Sector Analysis
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors assess the accessibility of Australian, UK and US-based hotel-accommodation websites and find that low levels of accessibility and little specific information that is likely to meet the needs of some disabled consumers.
