ALKBH5-HOXA10 loop-mediated JAK2 m6A demethylation and cisplatin resistance in epithelial ovarian cancer
Sipei Nie,Lin Zhang,Jinhui Liu,Yicong Wan,Yi Jiang,Jing Yang,Rui Sun,Xiaolling Ma,Guodong Sun,Huangyang Meng,Mengting Xu,Wenjun Cheng +11 more
TL;DR: Investigation of the role of AlkB homolog 5 in platinum-resistant EOC showed that JAK2 is an m6A-modified gene targeted by ALKBH5, and inhibition of the expression of the AL KBH5-HOXA10 loop maybe a potential strategy to overcome platinum resistance in EOC.
Identification of a prognostic signature of epithelial ovarian cancer based on tumor immune microenvironment exploration
Jinhui Liu,Huangyang Meng,Sipei Nie,Ying Sun,pinping jiang,Siyue Li,Jing Yang,Rui Sun,Wenjun Cheng +8 more
TL;DR: The low-risk group was found with higher immunophenoscore and distinct mutation signatures compared with the high- risk group, and may shed light on the development of novel immune biomarkers and target therapy of EOC.

PANoptosis-based molecular clustering and prognostic signature predicts patient survival and immune landscape in colon cancer
Xu Wang,Rui Sun,Shixin Chan,Lei Meng,Yuanmin Xu,Xiaomin Zuo,Zhenglin Wang,Xianyu Hu,Qi Han,Longfei Dai,Tao Bai,Zhentao Yu,Ming Wang,Wenqi Yang,Huabing Zhang,Wei Xian Chen +15 more
TL;DR: The potential of PANoptosis-based molecular clustering and prognostic signatures for prediction of patient survival and tumor microenvironment (TME) in colon cancer is demonstrated.
ALKBH5 activates FAK signaling through m6A demethylation in ITGB1 mRNA and enhances tumor-associated lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis in ovarian cancer
Rui Sun,Lin Yuan,Yi Jiang,Yicong Wan,Xiaolling Ma,Jing Yang,Guodong Sun,Shulin Zhou,Hui Wang,Jiangnan Qiu,Liang Zhang,Wenjun Cheng +11 more
TL;DR: In this article , the role of ALKB homolog 5 (ALKBH5) gene in lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) was investigated.
Multi-omics analysis of tumor mutational burden combined with prognostic assessment in epithelial ovarian cancer based on TCGA database.
TL;DR: High TMB may confer with an immunogenic microenvironment and predict favorable outcomes in EOCs and the TRGs-based models are reliable predictive tools for OS and DFS.
