Effects of bok choy on the dissipation of dibutyl phthalate (DBP) in mollisol and its possible mechanisms of biochemistry and microorganisms.
TL;DR: Some enriched genera were responsible for DBP dissipation, Alsobacter, Lacibacter, Myceligenerans, Schrenkiella parvula and Undibacterium, and bok choy amendments, which has a specific microbial community structure and a high abundance of Actinobacteria and Acidobacteria.

Competitive sorption of lead and methylene blue onto black soil and their interaction with dissolved organic matter using two-dimensional correlation analyses.
TL;DR: Three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix, synchronous fluorescence spectra as well as two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy were employed to determine the binding of dissolved organic matter (DOM) for Pb(II) and MB during soil sorption process and would be beneficial to understand the mechanism of adsorb multi-component systems.

Biodegradation of Di-n-butyl phthalate in rhizosphere and growth-promoting effect of Cucumis sativus Linn . by a novel Pseudomonas sp. DNB-S1
Shuqin Li,Lei Wang,Ying Li,Fuxin Huang,Hui Yu,Ying Zhang,Rui Li,Zhaobo Chen,Ningrui Wei,Zhengzhe Yu +9 more
TL;DR: According to ultrastructural micrographs, the DBP-degrading bacteria could considerably alleviate the damaging effect ofDBP on cucumber root cell organs and the application of strain DNB-S1 could efficiently alleviated the stress of DBP on the microbial community structure.

How do root exudates of bok choy promote dibutyl phthalate adsorption on mollisol
Yulong Lin,Lei Wang,Rui Li,Songbo Hu,Yifan Wang,Yuewen Xue,Hui Yu,Yaqi Jiao,Yahui Wang,Ying Zhang +9 more
TL;DR: The results of this study reveal that the root exudates are significant in the environmental behavior of DBP adsorption on mollisol, and also provide more useful information for phytoremediation of organic pollutants in themollisol.
