This study aims to produce e-modules based on valid and appropriate local wisdom in the Central Learning Model at
kindergartens in Jambi. The product of this research is realized in the form of an electronic module using 3D Pageflip Professional
software to determine the feasibility of e-modules as well as knowing the teacher's response to e-modules based on local wisdom in
Central Learning Model at kindergartens in Jambi city. The type of this research is developing research that refers to the ADDIE
model. After the e-learning module was created, the e-learning module was validated by the expert. Validation was carried out by
two material experts and an e-learning module expert until the e-learning module is declared feasible. After the e-learning module
has been validated and revised, a trial was then conducted by the respondent to see the perception results. The developed e-modules
are stated in the valid category based on the results of the validation of the e-module material and the e-module design which
obtains excellent criteria. The results of the questionnaire perception of 62 respondents (lecturers, teachers and students) on emodules showed an average rate of 83% which is included in the excellent category. These results indicate that the e-module
developed in this study is very feasible to use. E-Modules developed in this study are highly recommended for use by Lecturers,
Students, and Teachers in the major of Early Childhood Education.

Development of E-Modules Based on Local Wisdom in Central Learning Model at Kindergartens in Jambi City

This study aims to examine the effect and the role of (1) parents' attention on early childhood character education; (2) parents' affection on the early childhood character education; (3) security on the early childhood character education; and (4) parents' attention, parents' affection, and security on the early childhood character education silmultaneously. The method of this research was ex-post facto research. The populations in this study were parents and children in kindergarten of Bima city. Samples from the population were taken from 2 sub-districts namely the Rasa Na'e Barat sub-district and Punda sub-district, which consist of 157 Parents. Instruments used in this research were observations and questionnaires. Meanwhile the data analysis was carried out by using certain techniques which was Inferential Statistics with multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed that the role of parents' attention on early childhood character education has a significant effect of 0.570 and parents' affection love also has a significant effect on character education of early childhood actually as much as 0.572. While the analysis on the effect of security on character education for early childhood is 0.453. Multiple regression tests show that there was a very large effect from parents' attention, affection and safety in early childhood character education which was 30,618. These results proved that the role of attention, affection, and security given by parents directly affects the character education of early childhood.

The Role of Parents on the Character Education of Kindergarten Children Aged 5-6 Years in Bima

Some evaluation has been carried out in Vocational High Schools (VHSs), but most of it focuses on the documents or passive data rather than the processes happening in VHSs. Thus, this research focuses on the evaluation of VHS performances where the process is initiated with identifying the constructs and developing the instruments of performance evaluation for VHSs with Technology and Engineering expertise programs. Based on the problems found in the field, before conducting the evaluation, the researcher needs to, at first, develop the instrument of evaluation through three stages of development. The first stage is analyzing the concepts related to the evaluation by examining the factors affecting VHS performances. In the second stage, instrument development and instrument analysis (content validation) are conducted with the help of experts. The third stage is performance evaluation in VHSs located in Yogyakarta. The evaluation employs a set of instruments developed by the researchers. This research has produced a set of instruments for performance evaluation, which can be used extensively in VHSs. Based on the evaluation, it is found that the aspects of general management and academic management of the VHSs being studied are considered “Good”.

The Quality of Test Instruments Constructed by Teachers in Bima Regency, Indonesia: Document Analysis.

This research aims to produce feasible and valid assessment instrument of Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) to measure students’ Higher Order Thinking Skill in Physics learning. The type of this research was research and development, adapted from development model from Brog and Gall. The researchers modified Borg and Gall’s development model as stages such as (1) Collecting information, (2) Making the plan, (3) Preparing the product form, (4) Conducting revision of the initial product, (5) Implementing the product. The study group consisted of 34 10th grade students of Senior High School 1 Sape. Data collection was conducted through a test consisted of 20 multiple-choice items of Physics learning in the form of HOTS. For data analysis, the technique of QUEST was used to examine the validity, reliability, the difficulty level, and distinguished items. This research generated an assessment instrument that is feasible in aspects of validity, reliability, difficulty level, and question differentiaton to be used as an alternative instrument in assessing students’ HOTS.

The Analysis of Instrument Quality to Measure the Students’ Higher Order Thinking Skill in Physics Learning

This study aims to find out reliability and estimating the standard error measurement of the questions which have been designed by the teacher. The data analysis was based on the response of 635 students towards the test instrument of Physics Final Exam of grade XII in six schools, which were located in Bima Regency. Test instrument reliability was analysed by using Iteman 4.3 software. Standard Error Measurement analysis of the six test instruments was done by using Compound Binomial Method, Anova Method and Iteman. Index of test instrument reliability in State Senior High School 1 and State Senior High School 3 is less than 0,7, while the test instrument in State Senior High School 2 Sape, MAN, Muhammadiyah Senior High School and PGRI Senior High School are more than 0,7. Standard error measurement extremely depends on the error, which is caused by the test instrument, in this case, the reliability of some tests. The result of this study shows the teachers' need for training in designing proper test questions.
