TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated 1502 casino employees' personality types and the relationship it has on their leisure life and overall happiness, and found that the positive personality traits such as extraversion and openness to experience correlated well with leisure life.

TL;DR: In this paper, a study was conducted to determine whether casino employees' benefits and their feelings about the company influence their experienced happiness and structural relations between happiness and feelings about company, and happiness and company benefits were tested.
