Exploration of the Synergistic Effect in a One-Component Lewis Pair System: Serving as a Dual Initiator and Catalyst in the Ring-Opening Polymerization of Epoxides
TL;DR: In this article , a one-component Lewis pair strategy was adopted, and two delicate Lewis pairs 1−2 were rationally designed and conveniently synthesized, which exhibited activity (turnover frequency = 3600 h−1) with a living characteristic and low catalyst feeding (0.003 mol %) and afforded an extremely high-molecular-weight α-halide/ω-OH polypropylene oxide (PPO, Mn = 489.5 kg/mol) under mild conditions (−30 to 0 °C).

Synthesis of Sequence-specific Poly(ester-carbonate) Copolymers via Chemoselective Terpolymerization Controlled by the Stoichiometric Ratio of Phosphazene/Triethylborane.
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors reported the terpolymerization of CO2/epoxide/anhydride by a binary organocatalytic C3N3-Py-P3/TEB (triethylborane) system.

An expeditious FeCl3-catalyzed cascade 1,4-conjugate addition/annulation/1,5-H shift sequence for modular access of all-pyrano-moiety-substituted chromenes
Xinwei He,Ruxue Li,Pui Ying Choy,Jiahui Duan,Zhenzhen Yin,Keke Xu,Qiang Fang,Ronglin Zhong,Yongjia Shang,Fuk Yee Kwong +9 more
TL;DR: In this article , an operationally simple and eco-friendly protocol for modular and regioselective access of (E)-4-(vinyl or aryl or alkynyl)iminochromenes from propargylamines and S-methylated β-ketothioamides in the presence of FeCl3, and particularly under undried acetonitrile and air atmosphere conditions.
Controllable Synthesis of Heterofunctionalized Polyethers via Intramolecular Phosphonium Bisborane Lewis Pair-Catalyzed Immortal Ring-Opening Polymerization
TL;DR: In this paper , a metal-free phosphonium bisborane Lewis pair (PBB-Br) was demonstrated to realize the immortal ring-opening polymerization (iROP) of propylene oxide (PO) under mild conditions with alcohols as chain transfer agents (CTAs).

Xiehuo Xiaoying decoction inhibits Tfh cell expansion and promotes Tfr cell amplification to ameliorate Graves' disease.
Pingping Xiang,Yunnan Zhang,Xiao Gang Qu,Yu Chen,Yijiao Xu,Xingjia Li,Xiao Wei,Xin Hu,Ronglin Zhong,Chao Li,Fenxia Zhu +10 more
TL;DR: Xiaoying decoction (XHXY) has shown great potential in the treatment of Graves' disease, but its mechanism remains obscure as discussed by the authors , which aims to investigate whether XHXY decoctions can ameliorate autoimmunity in GD via inhibiting Oxidative Stress and regulating Tfh and Tfr cells.
