Patent
Preparation of ethylene/1-octene copolymers of very low density in a fluidized bed reactor
Ronald S. Eisinger,Kiu Hee Lee +1 more
- 11 Dec 1990
TL;DR: In this article, a process for preparing ethylene/1-octene copolymers using a titanium-based catalyst system under defined polymerization conditions is described, and the process is shown to work well.

Patent
Feed purification at ambient temperature
Ronald S. Eisinger,Daniel P. Zilker,II James Leland Swecker +2 more
- 07 Dec 2005
TL;DR: A method for olefin polymerization is provided in this paper, where a feed stream comprising more than 1 ppm by volume of oxygen and 03 ppm by volumetric volume of water is passed through a first packed bed to selectively remove at least a portion of the oxygen and water.

Patent
Condensing mode operation of gas-phase polymerization reactor
Ping Cai,Robert Darrell Olson,Ronald S. Eisinger,Fathi David Hussein,Robert O. Hagerty,Mark W. Blood +5 more
- 23 Dec 2003
TL;DR: In this paper, a continuous gas fluidized bed polymerization process for the production of a polymer from a monomer including continuously passing a gaseous stream comprising the monomer through a fluidised bed reactor in the presence of a catalyst under reactive conditions was described.

Modified Chromium-Based Catalysts and Polymerization Processes for Using the Same
John H. Moorhouse,Kevin J. Cann,Mark G. Goode,Ronald S. Eisinger +3 more
- 10 Dec 2008
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors discuss the use of chromium-based catalysts for the production of polyolefins, and even more specifically for controlling or tailoring the flow index response of the chromium based catalysts through the controlled addition of a reducing agent under controlled mixing conditions.

Process for reducing sheeting during polymerization of alpha-olefins
Ronald S. Eisinger,Mark G. Goode,Daniel Mark Hasenberg,Kiu Hee Lee +3 more
- 30 Jul 1990
TL;DR: In this paper, a process for reducing sheeting during gas phase polymerization of alpha-olefins utilizing catalysts prone to cause sheeting was proposed, where the gaseous feed stream containing monomer comonomer hydrogen and inert gas is introduced into the reactor through the recycle stream to the reactor at a point prior to cooling the recycle streams.
